After a great warm-up:
10 BB Squats @ your bodyweight followed by 10 KB Snatches each arm(16-24kg bell) followed by 1 min of rest – This is done for 5 rounds.
Pull-up/Chin-up/Pulldown xAMRAP(as many reps as possible)
