Body weight Wednesday

After a 5 minute warm-up barefoot:

Squat Jump x5

Squat x25

Reverse Lunge x10 each

Push-up x15

Single Leg RDL/Floor Tap x10 each

Side Plank x15sec/each side

Rest 90-2min and repeat 4x

Roll out and have a great day!
