After a great warm-up:

BB Front Squat: 5×3 at 80%

paired with KB High Pull x7

KB Racked(Double bell)Bulgarian Squat 4×8 each leg

paired with Fire Hydrant x15 each leg

Pullups 3xAMRAP(as many reps as possible)

Stretch and have a great day!
