Workout Wednesday

After a great warm up:

Split stance KB Swing: 1 min each side

Reverse Lunge(suitcase hold): 1 min each side

Sideways Swing: 2 mins

Snakes(side to side lunge with bell in the hang position): 2 mins

Supported Row: 1 min each side

Rest 2 mins and repeat 2x  –  light load, medium speed of execution
