Workout/Training Session Wednesday

After a great warm-up:

1) Heavy Trap bar deadlift 4×5

paired with Squat Jumps x3

2) Barbell Snatch Grip RDL(moderately heavy) 4×6

paired with Heavy KettleBell swing x10

3) Physio-ball Leg Curl 3×8

paired with GH Raise x8

4) Kettlebell Swing to Row 4×6 each side(16-28kg)

paired with 1-Arm row x8 each side

Stretch and have a great day!
