Workout/Training Session Wednesday

After a good warm-up:

KB Snatch x 10 each side

KB Front Squat x 10 each side

KB Lateral Swing x 10 each side

TRX Lunge Jump x 5 each side

TRX High Row x 10

Push-up x 10

Rest 1 minute and repeat 4-6x

Stretch and have a great day!
