Workout/training session Wednesday

After a good warm-up:

10 – 1 arm swings each side

10 – 1 arm cleans each side

straight into Kettlebell Slingshot for 30 seconds

Rest 45 sec and repeat 4x

Side to side Lunge x 10 each side

paired with 1 arm row x 10 each side

paired with 10 push-ups

Rest 1 min and repeat 2x

Stretch  and have a great day!!
