KB Swing x 30sec

KB Front Squat x 15 sec each side

30 sec rest and repeat 4 times

2 min rest

KB Supported row 3 x 10 each side

pair with TRX T-Raises x 10    – with a 30 sec rest between sets

KB Overhead Press 3 x 5 each side

pair with side plank x 10 sec each side    – with a 30 sec rest between sets
