Kettlebell Clean to Push Press x 10 each side (can use double bell)

Kettlebell Swinging Row x 10 each side (can use double bell)

Side Lunge x 5 each side (holding a 12-32kg bell)

Kettlebell Ribbon x 10 each direction

– Rest 90 sec and repeat 3x

Stretch and have a great day!
