There are a number of things you can do to rejuvenate/restore/revitalize the body for sport performance or just daily maintenance and this is a topic I will blog about frequently.

Today your only goal is to take a warm bath with bath salts and essential oils (if you have them) or a hot shower massaging your muscles under the water. Blood and lymphatic flow are the key to waste removal and new nutrient delivery.
